My seed paper order didn’t come with a planting guide or envelopes. What should I do?

Some of our seed paper products do not include a physical planting guide or envelopes. If your order did not come with one, no worries — everything you need to know is right here.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 7-10 business days. Longer times if shipped from other than the US.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Please allow 24-48 hours production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 7-10 business days excluding holidays.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 business days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business days please email us at support@seedbloomgifts.com

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you entered the wrong shipping address, reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at support@seedbloomgifts.com within 24 hours.
We can update the address before your order ships. Unfortunately, we can’t issue refunds for incorrect addresses if we’re notified after the 24-hour window.

There’s an issue with my order — can I return it?

Yes! If your item arrives damaged or defective, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. You have 30 days to return it for a full refund.
You’ll just need to cover the return shipping cost. Please include your name and order number in the return package.
Important:If your order is still in transit, please wait for it to arrive before sending it back.

Return policy

We offer a full refund when the product has not been opened and is unused and a partial refund when the packaging can not be accounted for. Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs. Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

Standard delivery usually takes around 7 business days. Please note that with the state of the global pandemic, orders may arrive later than usual.
