Returns & Refunds
▪ Return Window:
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
▪ Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
▪ Change of Mind:
If you change your mind, you’re welcome to return the item. However:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
▪ Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’ll gladly replace it—no questions asked.
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Send clear photos of the item(s) and packaging to support@seedbloomgifts.com
- We’ll cover all shipping costs for the replacement
▪ Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
▪ Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they ship. To request a cancellation, contact our customer service team at support@seedbloomgifts.comor through our Contact Us page as soon as possible.
Once an order is shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must go through the return process.

Yes! If your item arrives damaged or defective, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. You have 30 days to return it for a full refund.
You’ll just need to cover the return shipping cost. Please include your name and order number in the return package.
Important: If your order is still in transit, please wait for it to arrive before sending it back.
