All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours after you place your order, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in West Chester, Ohio (ZIP code 45246).
Shipping Carriers:
We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your delivery location and the fastest available service. Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Zones & Estimated Delivery Times:
Delivery times are based on your distance from our Ohio warehouse: 4860 Duff Drive Suite D, West Chester, OH, 45246, United States. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and do not include order processing time.
Shipping Coverage:
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. territories at this time.
Delivery Delays:
While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, shipping delays caused by the carrier, inclement weather, or other unforeseen events are beyond our control. ▸ I just placed an order — when will it ship?
Orders usually take 24–48 hours to process before they ship. Once your order is on its way, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days (not including holidays).
We'll update your tracking number about 3–5 business days after the order has shipped. If you haven’t received tracking info after 5 business days, feel free to reach out here.
▸ I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
If you entered the wrong shipping address, reply to your order confirmation email or contact us here within 24 hours.
We can update the address before your order ships. Unfortunately, we can’t issue refunds for incorrect addresses if we’re notified after the 24-hour window.
